One of our flagship initiatives is the Trades for LIFE program. Designed for young people aged 12-17, this free program provides comprehensive training in various trades, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, culinary arts, automotive repair, and much more. Not only do participants learn valuable skills, but they are also paid for their time and efforts, ensuring that they gain both experience and financial independence.
